Do you have any pieces of furniture I can pose with?

Yes, our 4000 sq. ft. studio is full of furniture, chairs, stools, tables, props, and anything else you may need to complete your look.

Do you offer discounts on multiple team members?

Yes, discounts start at 3 team members, Online bookings can accept bookings up to 7 team members. Please contact us for a custom quote for teams that are larger than 7 members.

When will I receive my finished photos?

Typical deliverables are sent out within 3 business days of image selection and payment. Same day rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Please refer to the add on section during checkout for rush delivery pricing.

May I change outfits during my session?

Headshot sessions are limited by time, and typically there is not enough time within a 15 minute session for multiple outfits. It is highly recommended that you upgrade to an additional 15 minutes (only available for the “1 person” session) while checking out. Alternatively, you may want to consider our Branding sessions.

Can we take full body photos as well?

Headshot sessions are limited by time, and typically there is not enough time within a 15 minute session to get great headshots and also great full body photos. It is highly recommended that you upgrade to an additional 15 minutes (only available for the “1 person” session) while checking out. Alternatively, you may want to consider our Branding sessions.

May I bring someone with me during the session?

Chaperones, friends, and well wishers are encouraged. However, multiple individuals cannot share a “1 person” booking. Please book the appropriate number of individuals for your session.

We have a very large selection of solid colors, unique and rare heritage surfaces like brick and sandstone, textured and painted canvases, and a white wainscotting wall. We are sure we can match your style, colors, and aesthetic.

Can you match the aesthetic of our current team photos?

Yes, this is possible in 99.9% of cases. Please contact us and provide some sample images of your current team photos, and we will seamlessly match your new photos to your company branding.
