Learning how to use artificial light in your photography will be the single best investment you will make as a photographer. This workshop will teach you how and when to use strobe lights and continuous lights. You will walk away from this workshop comfortable with light patterns, on camera flash, off camera flash, modifiers, and other essential ingredients to taking control of light in your photography.

WHAT YOUR WORKSHOP DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
Meet and greet and classroom theory
During this segment the students will meet and greet with each other and the instructor. Afterwards we will move into the classroom to start exploring artificial light and its applications.
Lunch and mingle
Students will have the opportunity to grab something to eat or drink and use the facilities. This will also be an opportunity for everyone in the class to mingle and network with others.
Practical application
Time to apply what we talked about in the classroom. Instructors will demonstrate in studio practical examples of concepts discussed in classroom.
Hands on with models
Students will have the opportunity to put to practice what they learned in theory and practical examples. Model(s) will be on hand to pose for students in studio and outdoors. Instructors will be on hand to help, answer questions, and provide feedback.
